With the continued success and increasing demand for our services, we have expanded our operations by partnering with a team of seasoned professionals—each bringing over two decades of experience in the accounting and outsourcing industry. This strategic collaboration has laid the foundation for TEQ Accounting Services Private Limited, a new entity with a broader vision: to provide world-class accounting, payroll, taxation and audit support services on a global scale.

Nitin Harsora
Nitin is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, specializing in UK outsourcing processes. His career began in 2005, gaining valuable hands-on expertise during his tenure with leading UK outsourcing firms such as Doshi and Sandmartin. Until 2012, he worked extensively in employment roles, building a strong foundation in financial operations, accounting, taxation, and client servicing.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Nitin transitioned into consultancy in 2012, offering outsourcing-related services through AMCE Consultants. As client needs evolved, he joined with other industry leaders to co-found TEQ Accounting Services Pvt. Ltd., with a vision to deliver transformative outsourcing solutions to a global clientele.
Today, as a Founder member and Virtual CFO at TEQ, Nitin plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, expanding its global footprint, and driving sustainable growth. His strong expertise in business development, client strategy, and financial leadership positions TEQ as a trusted innovator company in the outsourcing space.
Beyond his professional commitments, Nitin finds inspiration through travelling and music, which contribute to his forward-thinking leadership style and balanced outlook.

Sunil is a seasoned accounting operations leader with nearly two decades of expertise in the UK and Ireland markets. As a founding partner at TEQ Accounting Services, he is dedicated to empowering accounting firms with scalable solutions, strategic guidance, and operational excellence.
In TEQ, he drives operational excellence and shapes the company’s strategic vision and governance. As the leader of TEQ’s UK and Ireland operations, Sunil is passionate about accelerating growth, forging lasting client relationships, and delivering scalable solutions for accounting firms across the region.
With close to 20 years of experience in the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) industry, Sunil brings deep expertise in Accounting, Taxation, Audit, and Financial Services. He has successfully led multiple large-scale client engagements, streamlined operations, and built bespoke onboarding frameworks to align with each client’s unique needs. His commitment to delivering exceptional value has taken him to the UK for direct client interactions and smooth transitions of complex processes.
Before founding TEQ, Sunil spent 7 years at QX Accounting Services and 12 years with SandMartin Outsourcing, managing strategic projects and building high-performing teams for clients across the UK and Ireland.
A Master of Commerce and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt Champion, Sunil blends technical excellence with a client-first mindset, helping firms transform their operations and achieve their goals.
When he’s not building businesses, Sunil loves cooking, exploring new destinations, and spending meaningful time with his family and loved ones.
